In the course of the next five years, many of us will experience the loss of a loved one. Maybe our parents are getting up in years. We may lose our husband or wife. Perhaps a close friend will become seriously ill.

We can never predict when death will visit, but we do know that when it comes to someone close to us, we will be called upon to help him or her make that final journey as peacefully and hopefully as possible. Here are some words of advice on how to help a loved one who is dying.
